Letter from the director

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Parkway Baptist Church Weekday Preschool Ministry. It is our philosophy to provide a Christian environment for your child to grow spiritually, mentally, socially and academically while having lots of fun in the process. Our desire is to welcome children in a manner that encourages them to develop a positive self-image, knowing that they are unconditionally loved and accepted.

We have wonderful classroom facilities and playground equipment designed to provide a safe and fun environment. Our teachers are dedicated and have an earnest desire to see each child gain self-confidence in a group setting. It is important for you to realize that each child develops at a different rate and that no activity is expected until your child is ready.

While teacher-parent conferences are scheduled for the end of February, please feel comfortable discussing any questions or concerns as they arise. Teachers are available most mornings before school begins or in the afternoon after car pool. It is best to prearrange a meeting if the conversation will take more than a few minutes. My door is always open.
